Coaching for Improvement
Coaching programmes invariably receive fantastic participant feedback. The tools and processes coaching provide can be incredibly empowering for coach and coachee. However, there is a body of evidence which suggests that, 12 months after their initial programme, the vast majority of people who give such positive feedback are not utilizing their skills within their organization. The Enquire coaching model is focused not just on developing the skills and technique of coaching but upon sustaining them and making a difference, challenging participants to ask the question:
How will coaching be located in the strategic work of our organization so that it makes a difference to practice and provision?

Peer coaching is a powerful learning tool that enables colleagues to work together to build their expertise and capacity. It creates space and provides a process for:
- Observation of colleagues at work
