Network Development
Enquire has huge experience and expertise in the creation, development and sustainability of learning networks. We have helped hundreds of networks become vibrant and powerful places for learning and the development of leadership.
In our work with networks we:
- Use a variety of processes and data sets that allow you to define a meaningful focus for your collaborative work
- Help you to build and deliver an effective and coherent approach to learning
- Support and coach the development of leadership and management in networks
- Help you to develop and sustain approaches to collaboration that work – including the innovative use of ICT
- Broker knowledge and training
- Provide tools and approaches that will help you to keep your collaboration under review: we understand that collaboration has to bring tangible benefits to you and your organisation
Our role is essentially facilitative and we help you to learn with, from and on behalf of one another so you can achieve together what you could not tackle alone.
