Enquire use a process consultancy approach to help clients with a range of learning, development and improvement needs. We have considerable improvement and expertise in a range of areas including:

Facilitation
Enquire offer facilitation programmes for groups of school leaders and LA officers. They are also involved in programme design for national agencies. Developing programme materials and writing facilitation notes so that programme facilitators can be prepared. Enquire have wide experience of help organisations to design and facilitate large individual learning days for groups of up to 300 delegates .
Enquiry
Enquire have developed an expertise in employing processes of enquiry as a means of evaluating new practice and provision. Recent commissions include the review of a high school’s pilot work with an integrated curriculum at KS 3 and a local authority wide review of the impact of a large scale project which developed Assessment for Learning Processes in a number of schools.
A particular area of expertise is the evaluation of the work of networks and partnerships.
