Leading Beyond the Classroom
Enquire has developed a programme for teachers taking the first steps on the leadership ladder. The programme is focused upon the current needs of participants in the leadership roles they enact and helping them to understand the role they play in leading change and developing the ‘influencing skills’ they need to bring colleagues with them.
